About Julia
Julia Wang is a solicitor with a growing practice in corporate commercial law, advising clients on transactional matters including corporate reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions, and corporate governance. She earned her J.D. with a Business Law Concentration at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, where she took part in the Business Law Clinic assisting small businesses and non-profit organizations with incorporation, governance and contract matters. She holds an Honours BA in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto, serves on the Board of Directors of the Law Students' Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia), and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
