About Julia

Julia Lin is the founder and lawyer at Julia Lin Law, a fully virtual corporate law firm in Vancouver. She has practiced law for more than a decade, focusing on corporate, commercial, real estate, and tax matters, with an emphasis on incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Lin began her career at a corporate tax firm in downtown Vancouver before founding Julia Lin Law in 2019. She received her law degree from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2012. Lin is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
