About Jordan
Jordan Bienert grew up on a farm outside New Sarepta, Alberta, and attended the University of Alberta, earning a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Psychology before completing his law degree there. He began his legal career in Calgary before returning to Edmonton, where he has practised family law since 2005. Bienert has appeared in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in communities across central and northern Alberta including Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Whitecourt, Hinton and Leduc. His practice focuses on child custody and access, guardianship and parenting, child and spousal support, and property division, as well as applications under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act.
