About Jonathan

He has more than 30 years of experience providing representation and advice on environmental and natural resources law matters. His practice includes representing accused corporations in environmental prosecutions, acting for proponents in major mining, renewable energy and infrastructure projects, and providing environmental advice on complex transactions across chemical, mining, construction, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage and agribusiness industries. He served as chair of the National Environment, Energy and Resources Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association in 2012 and 2013.
