About Jonathan

Jonathan Solomon is the founder and principal lawyer at J. Solomon Law Professional Corporation, focusing on estate and guardianship law, civil litigation, family law, and business and commercial law across Ottawa. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2011 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013, and also holds a B.Sc. from Concordia University and an M.Sc. from McGill University. Before transitioning to law, he researched the biological properties of a parasite affecting millions worldwide. He's certified in Collaborative Family Law and serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa and Pathways to Independence. He also teaches part-time in the Law Clerk and Paralegal Programs at Algonquin College.
