About Jonathan
Jonathan Lotz is a senior lawyer and the founder of Lotz & Company, focusing on transactional law. Before founding the firm he was a partner at Heenan Blaikie LLP, where he headed the firm's Vancouver corporate securities and mining practices. He has represented public and private companies in corporate and securities matters and acted for clients in the natural resources, energy, real estate, and technology sectors across North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, including cross-border offerings and acquisitions in the United States. He holds a B.Comm (Hons. Finance) and an LLB, both from UBC, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2002 and New York in 2009.
