About Ajaypal
Ajaypal Dhaliwal was born in a village in Faridkot district, Punjab, India. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from D.A.V. College, Chandigarh, majoring in History and Geography, then attended the Department of Law at Punjab University, Chandigarh, earning his Bachelor of Law degree in 2004. Before immigrating to Canada in 2007, he worked as an associate in the chambers of a civil trial counsel in New Delhi, India. In Canada, he completed the courses recommended by the National Committee on Accreditation at the University of Manitoba and articled with Binpal & Associates, a boutique business and real estate law firm. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2011, then practised as a sole practitioner before joining one of the larger personal injury firms in the province. Ajaypal has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the British Columbia Provincial Court, and his areas of practice include personal injury, real estate, corporate and commercial matters, and wills and estates.
