About John

John Winter was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, and he earned a Master of Laws in constitutional law and the Charter in 1991. He has been in sole practice in Midland since that time and is trained in mediation and collaborative family law. He practises primarily in family law, wills and powers of attorney, and represents children as a panel member for the Office of the Children's Lawyer.
