John W. Montgomery is the senior litigation partner at Johnston Montgomery Watson, appearing before all levels of court in Ontario on commercial and business disputes, construction disputes, environmental law, employment law and human rights, estate and guardianship litigation, real property, and professional negligence matters. He has served on the Lakeridge Health Research Ethics Board since 2005 and has chaired it since 2010.
