About Jeremy

Jeremy Dolgin has practised family law for almost 30 years, graduating from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 1997 and continuing to refine his training through workshops, seminars and courses. While many of his clients are in the Ottawa area, he has developed a national and international practice and represents clients at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. As a trained mediator and a founding member of the Collaborative Law Network of Ottawa, he favours non-adversarial processes and resolves many of his files through negotiation, collaborative law and the services of other mediators.
