About Jennifer
Jennifer Talbot was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2012 and focuses her practice on income tax planning and structuring for business owners. She leads Emergent Tax Law, combining technical tax knowledge with a practical approach to help clients and their advisors develop tax-efficient structures. Jennifer holds a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, along with a B.A. (Honours) in English from St. Francis Xavier University and an M.A. in Atlantic Canada Studies from Saint Mary's University. She is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society.
