About Jennifer

Jennifer Schwass was called to the bar in 2010 and joined Ian Johnson to practise in Markdale immediately after. She practises real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates law. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Samuel Rubinoff Prize for Legal Research and Writing, the Maritime Law Book Prize in Legal Ethics, and the Hyman Bergel Prize in Advanced Torts, and served as Secretary and Treasurer of Justlaw and as the Legal and Literary Society representative for the Women's Caucus. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated on the Dean's List.
