Jeff Howe is a Barrister and Solicitor at Howe Legal (ON) Professional Corporation, which he established in Ontario in 2023 after founding Howe Legal Professional Corporation in Saskatchewan in 2012. He focuses on Canadian Aboriginal law and human rights law, and has appeared before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and several First Nations appeal bodies and tribunals. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law (2006), and has been a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan since 2006 and the Law Society of Ontario since 2023.
