About Jason
Jason Moore is an associate lawyer who was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. His practice spans estate and commercial litigation, covering trust disputes, challenges to wills and powers of attorney, capacity issues and guardianship applications, along with commercial matters such as injunctions, oppression claims and breach of contract disputes. Jason appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and in 2024 he represented a client before the Supreme Court of Canada. He favours mediation and negotiation as ways to resolve disputes while keeping his clients' goals front and centre.
