She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, in judicial reviews, statutory appeals, and constitutional, statutory interpretation, and Aboriginal/Indigenous matters, and provides independent counsel to boards and tribunals along with governance, legislative, and policy advice. She is a qualified arbitrator, an ADRIC roster member, and an Alberta Municipal Affairs Roster Member (in training), and has served as Tribunal Secretary/Director for the Metis Settlements Appeal Tribunal.
