Jane MacMillan is an Associate in Harrison Pensa LLP's Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Group and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, working with creditors, trustees, and receivers on bankruptcy proceedings and security enforcement. MacMillan advises financial institutions on secured lending and represents individuals, small businesses, and institutional clients in proceedings before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
