About James

Jim's practice focuses on municipal and environmental law, including land use planning and development, municipal governance, expropriation, environmental approvals, and environmental due diligence in corporate transactions. He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Municipal and Environmental Law and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and various municipal boards and tribunals. He previously articled with, and practised for five years at, the Ministry of the Attorney General.
