About James

James Leinhos has practised civil and commercial litigation since being admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2007, appearing regularly, in both English and French, before all of Quebec's courts and the province's administrative tribunals. He has extensive experience in debt collection, lease financing, mortgage recourses, short and long term leasing, injunctions, transportation, construction, consumer protection, and contract drafting and negotiation. James Leinhos also advises on the regulatory steps required to operate certain activities in Quebec, including registration with the Registraire des entreprises and other regulatory bodies. He holds a B.A. from McGill University, an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal and a D.E.S.S. from the Université de Montréal.
