About Jacques

Jacques Reeves practises employment and occupational health and safety law exclusively for employers, as counsel, negotiator and litigator, with strong experience negotiating collective agreements. He acts as management-side counsel before arbitration tribunals and courts on collective agreement interpretation, labour law, human rights charters, salary equity and discipline or termination, and specializes in governance and public/administrative law for educational institutions. He has sat on the board of the Musée de la civilisation de Québec since 2023 and taught labour law at the Barreau du Québec's professional school.
