About Jacques

Jacques Bouchard is a senior partner at Gattuso Bouchard Mazzone practising business law and mining law. He holds a B.C.L. from McGill University (1984) and was called to the Quebec bar in 1985. He has more than 30 years of experience advising major corporations on transactions in the energy, infrastructure and aerospace sectors, currently serves as a special advisor to the President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on critical minerals, and previously taught at McGill's Faculty of Law. He is regularly recognized in mining law rankings by Who's Who Legal and Lexology.
