About Jacob

Jacob Gauthier is a lawyer at Jacob Gauthier Professional Corporation in Greater Sudbury, practising real estate and criminal law. He has been a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2006. He earned a Baccalaureate in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa in 2005, studying en français, and a Baccalaureate in Social Sciences, cum laude, with a concentration in criminology, also from the University of Ottawa, in 2004. He is bilingual and serves the community in both English and French. He has held leadership roles with several Sudbury organizations, including president of the Health Sciences North Foundation board, the N'Swakamok Native Friendship Centre board, the Elizabeth Fry Society Northeast Region board, and the Sudbury District Law Association, and was regional director of the Criminal Lawyers Association for Northeast Ontario.
