About Jack
Jack Tsung-Ta Yang is the founding partner of Dowting Law Corporation and is called to the bar in British Columbia and New York. He specializes in cross-border transactions and corporate and securities law, representing both investors and investee companies of private companies and venture capital funds. Before founding Dowting Law, he articled at the Vancouver office of an international firm, worked at a leading firm in Taiwan, and worked at a technology startup. Jack holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA, majoring in Philosophy with a minor in Economics, from the University of British Columbia.
