About Inès
Inès Khalfi is a tax litigation lawyer at Elysium Legal, advising and representing individuals and corporations in disputes with tax authorities, including audits, contested assessments, negotiations, and litigation. Her practice covers tax penalties, shareholder benefits, anti-avoidance rules, and tax compliance. Before joining the firm, she practised tax and public and constitutional law litigation at a leading law firm and worked as a research assistant at the Université de Montréal through the Accès au droit et à la justice initiative. She earned her law degree magna cum laude from the Université de Montréal in 2023 and was called to the Quebec bar in 2024. She is completing an LL.M. in Taxation at HEC Montréal, expected in 2026.
