About Hubert

Hubert Girard graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2020. He completed his articling with Pierre-Édouard Asselin and took over Asselin's practice after Asselin's appointment as a judge of the Court of Quebec. Girard practises in various areas of civil litigation, including real estate, hidden defects, injunctions, estates and capacity law, professional liability, civil liability, and labour relations. He also acts as prosecutor for the Direction des poursuites criminelles et pénales (DPCP) in several municipal courts in the region.
