Homa Yahyavi is the founder of YA Law Corporation, licensed to practise law in Maryland, Washington DC, and British Columbia. She practises U.S. immigration, Canadian immigration, and Canadian family law, and is an accredited mediator, representing clients in investor cases, work permits, intracompany transfers, TN status, the BC Provincial Nominee Program, sponsorship, and cross-border inadmissibility matters including U.S. waivers and criminal rehabilitation applications. Homa was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2012, the District of Columbia Bar in 2013, and the British Columbia Bar in 2015. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
