About Holly

Holly Agnew was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003 after earning her law degree from Queen's University in 2002. She articled in Toronto at a full-service Bay Street firm and returned as an associate in its Corporate Commercial department, practising corporate law for nearly two years before moving into family law. She now focuses on out-of-court settlements through the Collaborative Family Law process, and in 2023 took over the wills and estates practice built by Evelyn Wheeler, the first female lawyer in Lanark County. Holly volunteers with Holy Name of Mary Parish in Almonte.
