Wills, Estates & TrustsCraig T. Rogers has practised law for more than 40 years and is based in Carleton Place, serving clients throughout Lanark County. He was called to the bar in the Northwest Territories in 1983, Alberta in 1984, Ontario in 1988, and Nunavut in 2019, giving him experience across multiple Canadian jurisdictions. He began his career with the Federal Department of Justice in 1980, later served on the Federal Human Rights Tribunal, and has advised Members of Parliament. Rogers has taught law at Carleton University, published legal research for the Parliament of Canada Library, and completed advanced negotiation training at the Harvard Negotiation Institute. He is a former president of the County of Lanark Law Association and a past town councillor for Carleton Place, and he practises in family law, criminal defence, civil litigation, and wills and estates.
