About Heather

Heather Dale has 18 years of experience resolving family disputes and has appeared at every level of court in British Columbia. She has expertise in asset division, income determination, child support and spousal support, and parenting issues, including complex financial matters such as corporate and international assets. Heather's approach is to find clients the most beneficial and cost-effective resolution to their family law matter. She is also a certified mediator and can help clients resolve divorce or separation issues without going to court.
