About Harjinder
Harjinder Singh Sanserwal is the founder of Sanserwal Law Office in Regina and an active member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, focusing on Canadian immigration law. He began practising law in 2008 in Punjab and Haryana High Court and the district courts of Ambala, India, specializing in criminal and family law. He immigrated to Canada in 2015 and completed further studies at the University of New Brunswick to satisfy the National Committee on Accreditation requirements for internationally trained lawyers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, LL.B., and LL.M., and now focuses his practice on immigration matters including permanent residence, family sponsorship, work permits, and appeals before the Immigration and Refugee Board and Federal Court.
