About Glen
Glen Perinot acts as counsel to the firm, focusing his practice on technology and intellectual property law for Toronto-based business clients. He is also a business lawyer who handles civil litigation matters at the Superior, Appellate and Federal Courts. Glen has represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada and the Ontario Court on intellectual property disputes and advises start-ups and small businesses on IP strategy, including acquisition, protection and enforcement. His experience spans technology litigation, copyright, trademark and patent disputes, franchise litigation, licensing and e-commerce matters. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2004, is a registered Canadian trademark agent, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor along with science degrees from Laurentian University.
