About Glen

Glen Forrester established Forrester & Company in 2007 after several years working alongside prominent commercial litigators in both Toronto and Vancouver. His practice centres on commercial litigation, spanning creditor's remedies, property disputes, contract disputes, civil fraud, shareholder disputes, and business-related torts. A significant portion of his caseload involves injunctive relief, including seeking, securing, and enforcing Mareva orders and other remedies aimed at seizing and preserving assets. Representing a number of land development groups has also given him considerable depth in commercial and residential real estate litigation. Forrester frequently appears before both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia, and he has taken part in international commercial arbitrations and administrative tribunal hearings. He completed his LLB at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000, was admitted to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002, and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2005.
