About Gerald
Gerald Kugelmass practiced law in Calgary for more than 40 years as both a litigator and a solicitor, working across corporate law, commercial transactions, financings, and contract formation. He articled with Don Goodfellow and later rejoined him at Goodfellow & Schuettlaw in the fall of 2020, retiring from the firm in March 2026. He was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1979 and is now an inactive member.
