About Genevieve
Genevieve Lalonde is a partner at Elgin Family Law LLP who has practised exclusively in family law since her call to the bar in 2012. She handles custody and access, child and spousal support, and property matters, and prepares domestic contracts including cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements. She represents clients in mediation, arbitration and counsel-assisted negotiations, and has substantial experience litigating before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Lalonde completed her undergraduate law studies at Carleton University and earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa.
