Gemma Charlton is a Partner in Harrison Pensa LLP's Estate Litigation group, representing clients in will disputes, dependant and spousal support claims, estate administration matters, and capacity-related litigation, including cases argued before the Ontario Court of Appeal. Charlton built an estate litigation practice in private practice from 2014 to October 2022 before joining Harrison Pensa. Charlton chairs the Estate Planners' Council of London and is originally from the United Kingdom, having studied international law in Hong Kong before relocating to Canada.
