Fred is of counsel at Luceo Legal and practices civil-commercial litigation with a focus on intellectual property. He has appeared before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the UK Supreme Court, and previously worked at Canadian and UK litigation boutiques and large national and multinational firms. He holds a JD cum laude in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017.
