About Fred

Fred's practice focuses on labour and employment law, providing advice on collective bargaining, arbitrations and adjudications, employment contracts, certifications, unfair labour practices, discipline and terminations. He has appeared before all levels of Manitoba courts, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada, and routinely appears before the Manitoba Labour Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Fred presents annually at the Manitoba Labour Law Review Conference.
