Fred Leitch attended Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1965. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in Ontario in 1979 and has extensive civil and criminal litigation experience. He's also counsel at O. Arakua Lamptey, Barristers and Solicitors in Stratford, Ontario.
