Francesca Yaskiel has over 30 years of legal experience defending sexual assault, domestic assault, drug offence, white collar crime, professional regulatory, and mental health-related cases. She previously served as an Assistant Crown Attorney and sat on the Ontario Review Board from 2006 to 2016, reviewing the status of people found not criminally responsible or unfit to stand trial. From 1996 to 2005 she was the assistant head of criminal procedure for the Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada.
