About Foster

Foster Weisgerber is a partner in McDougall Gauley's Regina office and sits on the firm's Board of Executive Partners. His practice covers family law, criminal and regulatory defence, and civil litigation, and he is a Certified Collaborative Lawyer who favours negotiated resolutions where possible. His family law work often involves business and farm operations. He chairs Saskatchewan Government Insurance's Investments Committee and previously chaired the Saskatchewan Water Appeal Board. Foster earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 1993 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1997.
