About Ferial

Ferial Charef is a criminal defence lawyer at Ginzburg Legal and a member of the Quebec Bar. She has secured a number of acquittals through her courtroom advocacy and legal analysis, and has collaborated with Justice Canada on the National Training Project on the Impact of Race and Cultural Assessments, an initiative addressing race and culture in Canadian criminal justice. She is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
