About Fahad
Fahad Siddiqui advises clients on bet-the-company litigation, regulation and reputational matters. He has successfully defended and brought cases involving contested legislation, M&A transactions, shareholder claims, proxy contests, commercial claims and defamation. He previously served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Fahad leads the public strategy group and is Norton Rose Fulbright Canada's chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer.
