About Fadwa

Fadwa is an Associate Partner at Jamal Family Law whose practice covers all aspects of family law, with particular attention to child-related disputes such as parent-child contact problems, mobility issues, jurisdictional complications, and international abduction cases. She has appeared at every level of Ontario court, including the Court of Appeal, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Fadwa earned her honours degree in political science and humanities from York University and completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall, with a special designation in international and transnational law, before being called to the bar in 2004. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Arab Canadian Lawyers Association, and previously served as Vice President of the United Nations Association's Toronto branch.
