About Erin

Erin Shaw is a lawyer and mediator based in Victoria, BC, with more than 30 years of experience in private practice, government, and the non-profit sector. She's a certified mediator through the Law Society of British Columbia and a member of the BC Mediator Roster, and her practice is now dedicated to mediating family law disputes such as divorce, parenting, and support matters. She has worked on family justice policy, law reform, and public legal education, including work with the BC Ministry of Justice and the Law Foundation of BC, and has completed training in family violence, parenting, family dynamics, and high-conflict personalities.
