About Erin
Erin has practiced family law exclusively since being called to the Ontario bar in 2003. Erin earned a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University in 1998 and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001, volunteering along the way through the Poverty Law Intensive Program at Parkdale Community Legal Services. From 2006 to 2014, Erin served as an Agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, representing children in custody, access, and child protection disputes, an experience that shaped a settlement-focused approach to practice. Erin obtained the Collaborative Family Law Certification (Level I) in 2018 and encourages clients to consider the collaborative process before resorting to court. With more than 20 years of courtroom experience in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Erin offers both standard and limited-scope retainers.
