About Erin

Erin Durant is the founder of Durant Barristers, a litigation boutique in eastern Ontario. She administers the firm, assists colleagues on case strategy and drafting, and consults for other law firms and legal workplaces, including on trial preparation and mock hearings. She conducts investigations into harassment, sexual abuse, fraud, and code of conduct complaints for workplaces, municipalities, charities, and sports organizations, and speaks frequently on managing power dynamics in institutions. She is not currently taking on new clients directly; inquiries go through the firm's law clerk.
