About Erick

Erick Zepeda McKinlay practises divorce and family law. He earned an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law. Erick has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, and he is a certified family mediator with collaborative training. He is active in the University of Toronto's Alumni Mentorship Program and sits on Collaborative Divorce Toronto's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, as well as on Mississauga's Appeals and Property Standards Committee. Erick is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian.
