About Eric
Eric Vaillant is a solicitor with a diverse practice covering commercial financing, corporate and business structures, business acquisitions and commercial real estate, advising clients ranging from small local businesses to large national and international corporations across various industries. He also provides legal services to not-for-profit organizations. Eric earned his LLB from the University of Alberta in 2007 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2008. He previously chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Business Law Section. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Edmonton's restaurants and is learning to play hockey as an adult.
