About Emmanuel

Emmanuel Aideloje is the founder of D'Loje Law and is licensed to practise law in Nigeria since 2002, in New York State since 2014, in Alberta since 2015, and in British Columbia since 2022. He is a Notary Public in Alberta and a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. His practice centers on commercial transactions and large industrial projects across Alberta and internationally, spanning technology, engineering, construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, liquefied natural gas, manufacturing and mining. Emmanuel graduated in the highest category of his LLB class at Ambrose Alli University and at the Nigerian national bar exam in his year of call. He holds a master's degree in law (Petroleum Taxation & Finance) and an MBA in Energy Industry Management, both from the University of Dundee in Scotland, where he served as editor-in-chief of the university's energy and natural resources journal. He also holds a third postgraduate law degree, an LLM with a concentration in corporate law and securities regulation, from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, where he was a graduate fellow in capital markets research.
