Sirois earned an LL.B. from Université Laval in 2019 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in February 2020, and has practiced immigration law in private practice for five years. In 2021, Sirois founded Sirois Avocat to provide services in immigration law, business law and civil law, built around efficiency, personalized service and the use of information technology. Sirois received the Jeune Barreau de Québec's law-firm start-up bursary in 2021 and has been a member of the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l'immigration since 2020.
