About Edward

Edward Furs concentrates on corporate and commercial litigation, including construction disputes involving residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, breach of contract, delay and deficiency claims, insurance issues and damages quantification. He also has experience with class action proceedings, personal injury, insurance and employment litigation. Edward earned his LLB from the University of Victoria in 2001 after a BA Honours from the University of Waterloo in 1998, and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 2002 and the Alberta bar in 2006. He serves as the firm's liaison for Pro Bono Law Alberta's Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project and volunteers as counsel on the project.
